Bryan
CEO / FOUNDER
Bryan is the Founder & CEO of EventThem, guiding the team in transforming creative visions into fully realized events. He loves collaborating with clients and bringing even the wildest ideas to life.
How he got started: His journey began at UMass Lowell, where small college shows quickly grew into larger productions involving sound, lighting, and full-scale event coordination. That early hands-on experience eventually led him to producing festivals and conferences before launching EventThem.
Dream event: Bryan hopes to one day build an immersive 4D sound-and-vision experience that merges local talent, technology, and creativity into one unforgettable environment.
Jen
CHIEF OPERATING OFFICER
Jen is the Chief Operating Officer, overseeing strategy, operations, and the development of unique, community-focused programming. She especially loves the creative challenge of bringing new and interesting event concepts to life.
How she got started: She launched her own event company, 3 Graces Productions, in 2011 with friends Deb and Keri, producing memorable arts-centered events like the Trash Bash recycled arts festival. That experience fueled her passion for inventive, community-driven gatherings.
Dream event: Jen thrives on producing tasting events paired with local music, and she finds just as much excitement in organizing thoughtful academic symposiums. As long as the event brings people together, she’s in her element.
Marcelo
OPERATIONS MANAGER & SOUND TECHNICIAN
Marcelo is our operations manager and lead tech, managing sound, lighting, staging, games, and overall event execution to keep everything running smoothly. His favorite part of the job is mixing live sound for musicians and recording music and podcasts in the studio.
How he got started: What began as a Northeastern University co-op internship at EventThem turned into a full-time role as he grew with the team and discovered his passion for production work.
Dream event: He hopes to one day produce a high-energy freestyle rap competition that highlights MCs’ skills and builds a supportive artistic community.
Voravut “V”
EVENT & NETWORKING SPECIALIST / BRAND AMBASSADOR
V is an Event Specialist, Networking Specialist, and Brand Ambassador, connecting with local residents and businesses to understand their needs and introduce them to EventThem’s services. He loves the relationship-building side of his role and the chance to help people throughout the community.
How he got started: His involvement in events began back in high school on the theater AV team, grew through college residential life work, and continues today through his passion for live music––something that has taken him around the world.
Dream Event: V would love to attend Oktoberfest in Germany one day, drawn by its history, food, music, and festive atmosphere.
Meghan
ADMINISTRATIVE ASSISTANT
Meghan is an Administrative Assistant, helping coordinate event logistics, manage behind-the-scenes workflows, and support on-site production. She enjoys making sure every detail comes together smoothly for clients and attendees.
How she got started: She first discovered her love of planning while organizing school events in high school and later in college, where she helped produce everything from craft nights to major Senior Week programs. Those early experiences led her to pursue events professionally.
Dream event: Meghan hopes to someday produce a fall community festival filled with local vendors, live music, seasonal decor, and glowing lights––a celebration of New England autumn and the people who make the community special.
Amelia
EVENT COORDINATOR & CONTENT MANAGER
Amelia is our Event Coordinator and Content Manager, working to plan events and art exhibitions and create content for our website and social pages. She enjoys the diversity of events on our roster and the ability to showcase what amazing work the team does through content creation.
How she got started: In high school, she danced in an outdoor site-specific performance. Her mentor at the time was the artistic director and she graciously gave Amelia the opportunity to be her assistant, which opened her eyes to the behind-the- scenes of a production. It was such a thrill and she never looked back!
Dream event: Amelia’s dream event would be some kind of roaming, multi-disciplinary performance showcasing local art and community spaces.
