SomerStreets: Strike Up the Bands on Sunday, September 11th from 2:00-6:00pm on Highland Ave. between Central St to Lowell St. A free and family friendly event!
This street festival includes local craft vendors, community tabling groups and many interative activities for kids and adults! Don’t miss Esh Circus Arts, Parkour Generations, Somerville Recreation activities, and Event Them bringing all the yard games.

The YAK Crew will be doing a street performance show!
This year, we are featuring a third stage that will host readings and performances by eight local poets, writers, and storytellers, including: Randy Ross, Stephanie Schorow, Judah Leblang, David Chia, Michael Mack, K.M. Halpern, Jennifer Safrey, and Susan Phillips. Curated and coordinated by Randy Ross.
