Using produce from the farm\, they will have stations that include fermentation\, popping corn\, and making jam and salsa. There will also be informational tables to learn about native plants and local pollinators. Fun for everyone—families and all ages welcome! \nEnjoy live music from local artists\, drinks from Portico Brewery\, who will donate proceeds to Groundwork Somerville\, and food from Dave’s Fresh Pasta\, Redbones BBQ\, and Mike’s Food and Spirits. You’ll also have a chance to meet the #EventThem team and learn more about what we do\, our event planning services\, and our newly-open EventThem Studios in Medford! \nThere will be a farm blessing and harvest starting at 12 pm—show up to help harvest our fresh fruits and vegetables! The produce will be sold and used in activities at various festival stations. \nNote – Groundwork Somerville is currently looking for volunteers to help with running tables\, setting up\, and cleaning up.
